Unfortunately since it's gain in popularity, fake Batana is everywhere, We are proud to say that Mamela Naturals Batana oil is sourced and extracted in Honduras and then packaged/bottled in the USA. Be mindful where you batana is "made in".

We offer tracked standard shipping on all US orders. All orders are dispatched within 2-3 days, plus 5-7 days courier shipping time (within the US). Times vary depending on your location.

Once an order has shipped, we do not accept returns/refunds.
However, you may cancel an order before it ships from our facility.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address as entered for the order. Please contact the carrier with your tracking number for them to assist you with the delivery investigation. Hence, please be very careful when typing in your address, if you type the wrong address or enter your information incorrectly we will not reimburse lost packages.

For all orders (international orders included), shipping and handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. If an order is not picked up, refused or returned to us by customs, the cost of shipping of returning the item to our warehouse will be deducted from the total refund amount (refund of the purchased item(s) price, less shipping and handling fees).

While we do not accept returns/refunds for any reasons, should you receive a product that has been damaged in transit or an incorrect item, please contact us immediately for further instructions.
